Pre & Post-Sales Support Engineer – PSSE

Job Summary:

PSSE should provide pre- and post-sales technical advice and support about our software & hardware products. Should be the key point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing technical advice and introducing new products.

Interface with customers and perform analysis of business challenges, user and functional requirements, business processes, standard operating procedures, workflows, and other documents; designs and accomplishes product presentations or demonstrations.

Typical responsibilities of the job include:

  • providing pre-sales and after-sales support
  • identifying and establishing new business
  • organising sales visits
  • liaising with existing clients
  • preparing tenders, proposals and quotations
  • negotiating contracts, terms and conditions
  • reviewing cost and sales performance
  • writing reports and sales literature
  • providing product education and advice
  • attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  • ensuring that sales targets are met

BACKGROUND, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science / IT Engineering – Required.
    • 2+ years field Pre / Post sales Technical Support experience in the field of Messaging & Security Software products of which 1 year experience on filed is Preferred but not mandatory
